Description

These National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (NJA TC) Apprenticeship Standards have as their objective the training of Transit Rail Vehicle Maintenance Technicians skilled in all phases of rail maintenance. The NJATC and its affiliated Local Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committees (JATC) recognizes that in order to accomplish this, there must be well-developed on-the-job learning combined with related instruction.
