The Center devoted a great deal of time and effort to researching the topic of mentoring as part of the TCRP Project E-7:Initiating a National Joint Transit Industry Rail Vehicle Technician Qualification Program: Building for Success. A fact sheet on mentoring and a short paper on guidelines for quality training, developed for Project E-7 served as resources for the request.
